I designed oodles of experiments within Facebook Dating during my 2 years on the team with goals to: decrease onboarding dropoff, encourage more robust profiles, increase matches, improve conversation quality, and reduce time to meet up. When Covid became a thing, I built video dates. Along the way I instigated and implemented a craft overhaul to raise the bar on our visual design and consistency within the app.
